Cancel your subscription
Sorry to see you go. Here you can cancel your monthly VinePass (Single or Duo) at any time.
How it works
- Click “Cancel your subscription here”.
- Enter the email address you used to buy your pass. You’ll get a sign-in link by email straight away.
- Open the link and click “Cancel subscription”. You’ll then receive a confirmation by email.
In the same customer account you can also switch your monthly pass between Single and Duo. Please don’t buy a second pass for this.
Cancel by email: Write to us at info@vinepass.de with the subject “Cancellation VinePass”. Please include your name and the email address of your VineUp account so we can find your contract. We’ll send you a confirmation.
Good to know: After cancelling, you can keep using your pass until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. Season passes end automatically at the end of the season, so there’s no need to cancel them.
