  1. Choose your pass

    For one day, every month or the whole season, on your own or as a pair. You pay right here by SEPA direct debit or card. Your pass is then unlocked in the app automatically.

  2. Pick a winery

    Browse the partner wineries in the app. Book a time slot if the winery offers them, or simply drop by during tasting hours.

  3. Scan the code & enjoy

    At the winery, scan its winery code with the app. Your screen turns green. Show it briefly and enjoy your pour.

Good to know

How do I redeem a tasting?

At the winery, open the VineUp app and tap “Redeem”. Then scan the winery code on display. Your screen turns green. Show it briefly and your glass gets filled. This uses one of your 4 grapes for the month.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. You can cancel monthly passes at any time, effective at the end of your current billing month. Just use “Cancel your subscription here” at the bottom of this page. Season and day passes don’t need cancelling, they end automatically.

How does the day pass work?

With the day pass you taste at 3 different partner wineries in one day, with no subscription. After buying, you have 6 months to pick your day. The pass starts with your first tasting and is then valid for 24 hours. Coming as a pair? Simply buy one day pass per person. And if you love it: the monthly pass gives you 4 tastings every month for €21.90.

How do I switch from Single to Duo?

In your customer account (the Stripe customer portal) you can switch your monthly pass between Single and Duo at any time. You’ll find the link below the prices and on the “Cancel your subscription here” page. Billing is prorated, so you only pay the difference for the remaining days. Please don’t buy a second pass for this, or you’ll pay twice.

What happens to unused tastings?

You get 4 new grapes every month, one for every weekend. Unused tastings expire at the end of the month and can’t be carried over.

Does the Duo Pass cover two people at once?

Yes. With the Duo Pass, the two of you taste together on the same visit. One redemption covers you both.

How do I pay?

You buy your pass right here on the website. Payment is handled securely by our payment provider Stripe, via SEPA direct debit or card. Your pass is then unlocked in the app automatically and linked to your app account.

Do I need the app?

Yes. The free VineUp app is your pass: you use it to scan winery codes, book time slots and see how many grapes you have left. Ideally, start your purchase right from the app so everything is linked to your account automatically.

Is there a minimum age?

VinePass is only available to people aged 18 and over. Wineries may ask to see your ID. Please enjoy responsibly.
